Welcome to Bright Sparks. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website, services, and tutoring programs (“Services”). By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or Services.

Eligibility

* Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above.

* Minors under the age of 18 may only use our Services with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Services

Bright Sparks provides tutoring services across various subjects. We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

We are fully aware of the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure the safety of all parties:

* Children attending tutoring sessions at the tutor’s home must bring their own equipment.

* Hand sanitising is required upon entry and exit of the tutor’s home.

* For tutoring sessions held in your home, please inform our admin team if you would like the tutor to wear a mask.

Payments and Fees

* Fees are payable monthly, half-termly, or termly.

* An email will be sent detailing fees and payment due dates before the start of the first session.

* Payments must be made on the 1st of the month unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon (e.g., weekly payments for special circumstances).

* All enquiries regarding fees will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Trial and Assessment Sessions

An assessment session is carried out prior to your child’s first tuition session. This allows us to assess their current level and determine the best approach to support their learning goals.

Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies

Withdrawal of Sessions

* A full term’s notice is required when withdrawing your child from the tuition centre.

* Fees remain payable throughout the notice period.

* We will make every effort to offer alternative sessions if the originally booked sessions become unsuitable.

Withdrawing Our Support

Bright Sparks is committed to supporting students to the best of our ability. We also expect parents to actively support their child’s learning. If parental support is deemed insufficient, we reserve the right to withdraw our services.

Sickness and Cancellations

* There is no reduction in fees if a child is unable to attend due to illness.

* Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

* Cancellations made **less than 24 hours prior to the session** will incur a **£10 fee**.
