This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Bright Sparks (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including both tutoring services and educational materials purchased by parents or guardians for use during tutoring sessions. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds for Educational Materials
* Refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty items if we are notified within 14 days of delivery.
* To request a refund, please provide:
* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
* Photographic evidence of the damage (where applicable)
* If eligible, a full refund or replacement will be offered at no extra cost.
* Materials must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Return Shipping Policy
* If items are damaged or faulty, Bright Sparks will cover the return shipping costs.
* For returns that are not due to damage or fault (e.g., incorrect purchase, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns. Bright Sparks is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds for Tutoring Sessions
* Tutoring sessions paid for on a monthly basis are non-refundable.
* Sessions may, however, be rescheduled or the payment for a missed session may be carried over to the following month under the following conditions:
* We are informed at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
* Requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit transfer.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
* Change of mind after the session has been delivered.
* Missed sessions without notice.
* Materials that are returned used, incomplete, or damaged due to misuse.

Processing of Refunds
* Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned materials or refund approval confirmation.
* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
